Stock should be about 30"ish. Forgot about the 3.0, you might have a 7.5 rear end. They are okay to about 33s. The spiders are the weak part. If you put a lockrite or an aussie in it, it would be stronger. Or you could swap a 4.10 8.8 disk rear from a sploder.

Stock drive train will laugh at that tire size. Hope you have 4.10 gears or it'll be an even bigger dog than it is now with the 3.0.

Success! Pulled the bottom leaf out of the rear springs. It seems the reduced drive shaft angle fixed the drive shaft vibration. The vibration from the engine revving is still there though. I like the way it sits now, the rear end was too high. It rides better, is more balanced, and actually...

Got it back together. Still does it with stock flexplate, but less than the TCI plate.

Except on a small block ford which is externally balanced.

Hasn't been assembled yet.

Still trying to figure out what the thrumming vibration that increases with engine RPM is... Decided to try swapping back to the stock flex plate today.. PS, pulling the trans with an x-pipe exhaust is a pain in the ass. When comparing the two, I noticed the weight is slightly different...
