The end part looks like it has some resent damage but the break itself looks like it has been broken for awhile as it looks all rusty could just be fresh mud or something...

I think I have the 6"... at low engine RPM it is hard to steer... gets easier as RPMs increase... But don't you need to balance between the engine pulley to the PS pulley... The LQ9 motor I have is 7.5 or so... cp ÷ psp = 0.75 x engine RPM = RPM Pump Speed For my rig: 6"/7.5"= .8 * RPM...

Looks good. I updated to the CBR pump and the PSC LS bracket. but I have the LQ9. I started with the TC pump but kept braking them... the check valve probably would have corrected my issue or putting a smaller pulley... and Im still not completly happy with my steering...
