I've dented everything up to 1/4wall. I'd say that's minimum although with rockwells you may not have an issue touching rocks.

For full hydro I would highly suggest a dedicated PLATE AND FIN cooler with a fan. Those heat sink ones suck. I've run this one, just need two 10AN to 8AN adapters for the ends. Derale also makes nice ones...

Full hydro you want 8AN on return so cooler would need to be in that size. G a plate and fin or stacked plate cooler. That derale is a tube and fin, not the most efficient. I got my plate cooler off fleabay with the fan super cheap and has held up to some abuse.

What material did you make your axle trusses out of? Regular 1.75" .120 wall DOM? Rig looks sick.
