Im putting a 09 sd60 under my tj with artec truss....ill let you know how it goes as we are mocking up suspension.
Also check out in4aride on naxja..his cherokee had superduty axles and its a well done job. That thread should be all you need.

Shhhh....don't tell anyone! Don't want prices to go up for these super duty axles. I spent 400 on my first and 450 for the last. Beats 1000 for a kingpin anyday

I could be wrong but usually you use chevy 3/4 ton brakes on a disc conversion. Its been about 5+ years since ive done it but i ran 15s on my 14 bolt no problem. Im about to have to do the same thing to my current jeep as wel.
