My knock sensors went bad on my buggy. I splced into the harness and put my sensor on the side of the head in a bolt hole still working fine.

for oil I knock the top off the original oil sender grind off the lip and drill and tap 1/8 npt. For temp I pull the plug out the passenger head and drill 9/16 and tap 3/8 npt.
