It can be snowing up there by this weekend. I elk hunt in this area and also wheel it a good bit. Elk season ends on the 1st and normally we get some kind of snow this week. It normally is the first snow fall of the year up there so it does not really impact traveling the trails. I am unsure...
I will be up there bumping around in my little yellow Toyota.. I plan on doing some fishing down at Manastash lake also. You all might drive by my rig parked on top at the lake trail head. Im leaving the house early Sat morning.
sounds good man, Im not scared of brush/scratchs... just don't really want damage... you know what I mean. I am packed with hunting season for a few weeks but should be good to go in Nov anytime.
Not sure what Chop is getting at... but anyway...
FS41 is washed out at about the 8th mile in. I did 3 fingers a few weeks ago and had to ride my bike almost 10 miles to the trail head. If you dont mind "camping" at the ROAD CLOSED sign then that is an option. Really popular area on the...

Went on a fun ride up around manastash and quartz mt last weekend, not really wheelin since I did it on 2 wheels but its still a fun time in the woods. I started out near Bald Mt./2 pt springs area where I camped and headed to manastash lake at around 8am. Weather was perfect and the place was...
This! the big 6 ton stands to make it legit. F me, its been too long.
Canada is the ticket for sure, probably the most fun I have had in a wheelin rig was up there.
Pics of the buggy on 44 bogs!
Are there any new trails? Progress on more trails? If its just the same 300 yards of gravel through the woods I find it hard for myself and some folks to want to keep driving out there for that all in the name of showing more faces to the DNR.
I may be a little behind on this but is the DNR...
