It sure is odd that it has happened so many times and it seemed to me that it was a good place to put on a race plenty of parking and areas to view the cars. Who knows what will happen to the whole new outfit. I hope it all works out and they do good with it and really excel but I worry it...
I am wondering if they changed back to Rush all of sudden because DTOR is up for sale? Did this new company like Rush better? I can’t believe they changed so fast
I had planned on going but contacted them yesterday and said there wasn’t any more tickets available. I had no idea there was a set limit for people to watch it Saturday but I am glad I called before I drove up there. Hopefully next year will make it happen
It is not uncommon for the Putney cabins to stay booked on the weekends till Thanksgiving or so. The fall season is a busy time for the park. He has opened up a new one this year though that looks extremely nice. Truck camping isn’t bad
AT&T customers should do fairly well there in most places even down lower like rail bed trail and lower rock garden area. Virison customers will more than likely have to be at the playground area level or middle rock garden, there service is definitely not as good now for some reason
If things work out I hope to be there to watch the race Saturday, this is a great place to see a lot of fast cars bouncing off trees through the woods. Plus the pits are open and can see so much.
Last year Kevin Porterfield that runs the WOD ultra4 car lost his PS and run off corse and hit a tree right in front of me they were ok but broke a wilwood brake pedal off :driving: but Adam and the rest of there team had him up and going for the shootout that evening :dblthumb:
Last year I camped Friday night and Saturday night the qualifying was really cool for me to see and not very crowded. There is definitely spots to setup chairs or watch from the stands But be carefully where you sit in the trees close to the corse, a few last year went off track passing and...
