I was wondering the same.. Could be wrong but it looks like that same trail they hit last August for 20K that Wizzo ran. I looked it up and found this..

I was told this trail was a one time deal and will NOT be accessible. Maybe the will make a...
Looking forward to this ride! booyang :woot: :woot:
For any of you that haven't met this sand ninja, you really need to. He's a trip and all around good dude.
This park is great! The rock crawling is awesome, the traction is nuts and the guy who manages the park is a fellow diehard wheeler and just downright good dude. Find the time, make the plans and go visit this place.
A few friends and I will be there by noon or so on Saturday. Probably head out Sunday afternoon / evening. Hale is def one of my favorite places to ride. :woot: :woot:
Does anyone know why the online registration option is now closed? I thought the preregistration option was available until the end of April. Would have done it earlier if I knew this option was going to be closed before the week of.

The group of rowdies I was with (myself included) had a total blast on this ride. We rode all day long on Saturday, came back at dark for some bbq and then hit the trails again until almost 5am. The trip home was a bit of a struggle but it was worth it. Hate that I didn't run into more of you...
Looks like a couple buddies and I might haul our rigs over and join in on this event. I've only been to HPO once and it was right after a rain but from what we did ride the park looked awesome. Looking forward to seeing more of it.
Haha O yeah, won't forget that night. I built a new cross member to protect that area of the belly better. I love GMP but it's not a low belly friendly park that's for sure. It's been known to crack an oil pan before too ;)
I ran it at night so I cant quite tell. When you get to the top of copperhead you do turn right and go down the loop. Then at the bottom there was a hard right loop that led us back up through the big rocks. If you turned left at the bottom then yeah you ran it backwards I guess.
Dude you're right, I'd never thought about that. Dixie Run is always a blast (possibly my favorite ride of the year) because it's all people that love wheeling and just want to go riding. To me the community and camaraderie at rides like this is what it's all about.
