14 bolt complete but was going to use carrier out of it and ended up being a governor type limited slip and not real fond of those type limited slips. Carrier apart needs clutches, all parts there including the drum brake. sell as is with all or remove the drum brake set up if u not want use them. $100 PM or txt 931 581 eleven zero four
