That's kinda what I was thinking, never seen a 14 bolt gov lock before, only the 10 bolt and aam 11.5

I run a welded govloc in my 14 bolt. Woopow!

hmmm....

off to research welding a 14 bolt gov lock. I assume it isn't much differnt than an open diff...

I read it could/could not be done. I had one so I figured I'd try it. Took it apart and pulled almost all the clutch disks out of the way. Welded it up and it's holding up great. Just spun a tube and completely destroyed the center chunk of my 14 bolt so I bough another one and moved welded govlock to it. Holding up just fine.
