I have a 1975 Toyota FJ40 project that I need to sell. I have owned it since December 1990. It does have a clean clear Kansas ***le and it is currently registered and tagged. It has 2 1/2 ton Rockwell steering axles under the front and rear. The Rear is a four link with quarter elliptical spring set up with 1" rod ends and the front has leaf springs. It does have rust In the back quarter panels and some in the rockers that is why I put the diamond plate on it. I did the diamond plate about 15 years ago and I treated all the rust before I put it on and it has held up well. The floor is still in good shape. I tried to take a couple of pics of the floor from the under side to show there condition. It has a small block Chevy in it an SM420, an advance adapters rock box with 3.44 reduction and a stock t case with earlier 2.33 lowrange gears in it. I put fuel injection on the engine and used a mega squirt to control it, but I have never tuned it to get the injection right. It could have a carb put on it or someone could tune the injection. The Rockwell under the front has lock outs and the spider gears have been welded. The front also has a disc brake set up with willwood calipers and rotors. I have not plumbed the brake lines on the front. The front also has lock outs on it. The rear axle is a steering axle also and it's diff is still open. both axles have been narrowed 7 1/4 inches. They have both been upgraded with u joints instead of birfields. It has a Ramsey 9000 pro plus winch. The main things that need finished are the steering and brakes. I was going to use cylinders off of a combine for the steering for now with a stock power steering pump then upgrade to better components as money allowed. I have the orbital valve mounted on the steering column already and a cylinder mounted on the front axle. I have not gotten that far with the rear steer yet. I was going to use a drive line brake on the rear. I have the caliper and rotor but I don't have a mounting bracket for it. I have 4 brand new 42x14x16.5 Irok tires on USA wheels with internal bead locks. There are five wheels so there is one for a spare I just don't have a tire on it. I'm asking 5,000 obo. If your interested let me know and I can send more pictures and tell you more about it. Baldwin KS
