This 1989 Cheverolet K5 Blazer is a mud boggers fantasy! When I bought the Blazer, I was told that it just had a 350 motor put in it. So I am assuming that to be the case. I had a rebuilt transmission put in and I may have put 50 miles on it. I just put a brand new powersteering pump, front callipers and breaks. Now the outside and mechanical aspects are in good condition, but if you look in the inside, it needs a little bit of work. I am trying to sell this truck because we are trying to pay off bills and buy a house. I would have invested more money but I need to sell instead. I am happy with the inside because all I was gonna do was get it dirty anyway. The seats are comfortable, but they don't match the back seat. The door panels are loose and the power windows work, except they need to be taken apart and cleaned (the tracks and motors) and they will probably go faster. We were never given a key to the back tailgate so it will not let down. You could probably get a key made and it could be let down like that. It does have a CD player and it does work. I am not sure about the heating and airconditioning. The odometer and speedometer do not work. I don't know why though, haven't really looked. I do believe that this is the last year model that they made that the back can be taken off and made into a convertible. GOOD TIMES! It also has super swamper mud tires and black rims. These tires are mud tires, not for riding up and down the road on asphalt. If you do it will probably eat them up quicker than maybe some all terrain tires.
