I have a 1993 GMC Suburban 4x4 with a TBI 350 V8 with 187k miles on it. It has a 700R Automatic transmission that does not have reverse. I talked to Quality Transmission in Tupelo and they said the reverese clutches in the transmission have welded themselves together from heat. So the transmission will probably need rebuilt. They gave me a quote of $1050 to rebuild the trans and said it would take about 3 days. I am not interested in fixing it and would just like to sell it. The engine runs great and has a brand new battery and alternator. It has A/C but it doesnt work, not sure if it needs charging or what. it has power windows and locks, 3rd row seat, very good 265 Maxxis Mudder Buckshot tires with lots of tread left on them. the interior is all there and could use a cleaning, but the headliner isnt sagging or anything. This would make someone a good hunting truck, work truck, or daily driver with just a little bit of work.
