Located in Shelby, NC. I'm the second owner. Really lite to pull and could easily be towed with a small SUV. Setup and tear down can be done in under a minute. Full size, heated, mattress. Dinette folds down into a second bed. A/C, propane furnace, water heater, 3 way fridge, 3 burner propane stove. Outside grill. Inside and outside speakers with radio, on board fresh water tank only with pump. No grey or black tanks. Hooks to 30 amp with included power cable.
