Paint or powder coated? What size wheels are those?

Still waiting on machine shop. I know the compression bump will make it come to life. It would spin 48's before but it wasnt "right". Paint. 20"double beadlocks. The tires are very tough but ridicously heavy. A lot of rotating mass.

I picked up the new engine yesterday. Should have it back together this weekend.
