Sold/Expired 4 runner on 36s

I have a 94 4 runner 3.0 v6. It is 4x4 5 speed. I drive it every day. It has 3 inch body lift an 5 inch suspension on it with 36-13.50-15 irocks. I just had all the timeing replaced all new bet and pulleys an had put back in time. An a tune up. It dose need a new cvaxle on driver side. It has power windows, sun roof, an the back glass is power, cruise control. Now the bad this was my daily driver till Friday. I got in it to go to work an it would not start. It dose turn over an it's geting fule an spark. But will not run. I don't have time to work on it because of how I work. I'm asking 4,000 obo. Hate to get rid of it but I need something to drive. Sounds like you should take it back to whoever did the timing belt replacement because they screwed something up or a part failed.
