I LIKE CHEAP STUFF.....
I am swapping to winch rope because the way I winch down my front end, the wire cable rides against part of the tubing on my front end. Eventually this would wear a big groove in, and possibly compromise the tube. I'm assuming the winch cable is the factory cable that came on the winch (WARN M6000). Factory specs says the winch comes with 80' of 5/16" winch cable, so that's probably how long this is. It's definitely 5/16". I just rolled it all off tonight and it was raining out, so I didn't go outside to stretch it out and measure it. The cable is in great shape, no bad frays or kinks. I will be keeping the hook off of it, and the other end has the crimped on tab with a screw hole, that screws to the WARN winch spool. When it was on the winch, it was a FULL spool of cable, so it's plenty long. If it's not 80', it's damn close.
I am located in NE AL and will ship it on your dime via USPS. After a brief Google Shopping search, the cheapest I found 5/16" x 80' WARN winch cable with no hook, was about $80 + shipping. How about $45 and I'll work with you on shipping costs? Let me know if interested.
