900 xp park lock out for shifter

Has anyone heard of a better shifter that u can shift to reverse to hopefully save a backwards roll over. Or has anyone modified the stock one?

hole in plastic and a spring loaded pin like are on the quick release fire extinguisher mounts. My buddy ben did it, works well. I wanted him to weld the barrell to the front of the shifter, put a plate with a hole in it on the shift base and run a rod up to the knob that you lift with your fingers. He put it in the side. Works.
