Barnes 4wd 3/8" Differential Covers!
All Barnes 4wd Differential Covers are laser cut and bent in a state of the art CNC Press Break. The entire cover is made from 3/8" US Steel and we GUARANTEE THEM FOR LIFE. All cover are fully welded and machined flat and the threaded fill plug is TIG welded in place. These covers are made to withstand the hardest conditions. Like all our products they are made in the USA.
Barnes 4WD GM 14 Bolt High Clearance Shave Cover
The 14 bolt is a great axle. They are cheap, strong, easy to find and cheap to build. However they have always had one down fall, that huge lip on the bottom that get hung one ever thing on the trail. Barnes 4WD has come up with a solution to this issue. Our GM 14 Bolt 3/8” Shave Cover. This cover will give you more than 1 ¼” of ground clearance. Another thing that makes this a great shave cover is that you will not need to have your gears turned or perform a complicated welding or machining process that just adds more cost to your axle build. All that you will need to do is bolt the diff cover to your axle and cut off the extra lip. This can be done with simple tools that you have and you can do it yourself and we GUARANTEE THEM FOR LIFE! Like all of our diff covers they are made from 3/8” plate and machined flat after they are welded to insure that you will have a flat surface to mount to your axle. We do recommend using allen head bolts on our GM 14 Bolt Shave Cover.
