what are you guys using and what's the best bang for the buck keeping in mind $$$ is tight

I have two Duratrax Intellipeak chargers for NMH cells. They are simple to use and have been completely reliable.

I'm not a fan of the fancy chargers with LCD displays. If you put the hobby aside for a few months, you have to remember all the settings and operation: PITA. I'm sure I'm in the minority on this opinion.

mine is a dynamite vision peak 2 does 4-7 cells and charges ni-cd and ni-mh don't remember what i payed though:haha:

I'll be buying an MRC Superbrain 960 when I buy another charger. Stuck with the wall charger that came with my Losi right now, which is fine, the little ****er runs forever on a charge. Had a Duratrax TwinPulse before, great because you can charge two packs but it's not very adjustable (you can drop one side to 1.5amps from 3.5, the other is fixed at 3.5).
