Having problems with my cross member bending and rubbing driveshaft on a 5 month old rzr 1000 4, its under warranty but Polaris isn't doing much. Anyone else tried to file a warranty claim for a cross member?

Had the problem on a buddy's crew even with full aluminum skid pan. His was long out of warranty so we straightening them back as much as possible with a porta power, welded a long piece of angle iron on top of the cross members tying them all together. Then made some steel kickers to go from the angle up to factory frame tubing. It supports the cross members in the middle so they can't bow up.
