Re: LQ9

Is this the same one Bman got from Bill Durham for 1500? Why is it dissembled?

You are you being a ****ing asshole?

No I'm not, I inquired about it awhile back when Bman had it and was interested in it now but wondering if it had upgrades due to being disassembled and the price increase.

I call ruining someones for sale ad by posting up a previously paid price being a huge ****ing A- hole sir, and incredibly discourteous. If you have questions or issues you should have addressed them via pm's.

Re:

I think it was an appropriate question. I think quite a few people knew brian sold it to you.

Unless you have done considerable amount of work that price is out there. Not saying you didnt but the ad didnt appear to support the price.

Either way good luck with the sale.

Neal check out your PMs on Team Chaos forum.

Re:

Lq9- avg prices for a complete junkyard pullout with around 100k miles on pirate, hardline, craigslist, and ebay are from $2000-3000, so lets say the engine is worth at least $2000

Comp Thumpr cam- $399.68
Upgraded Valve springs for cam- $206.79
Timing chain- $75.00
Drive by cable throttle body- $100
Psc power steering pump- $200
Painless wiring harness- $393.29
Tuned ecm- $150
Headers- $324.97
Car oil pan- $150
Advanced adapters flexplate for th350- $139.53

all the parts add up to $2139.26, so to build this exact same engine would cost you around $4100

Na... That's ok I am just begin a smartass. :flipoff1:

Imagine that! molaugh

Ya'll know even at $2500 this is a steal! It has about $2000 of goodies on it not including the LQ9 purchase itself!

I mean dang ya'll! Neal's just trying to fund his racing "crack" addiction so he can purchase the parts he needs to fix the weak links in his current setup since his current motor is not one of those.............

Shame this thread went to hell in a hand basket so quick cuz it could've been a win/win for someone on Hardline and Neal! A good price for someone here and funds so he can fix the weak links. I think what we have here is another normal "FORUM based failure to communicate"..... I know all of ya and I'm sure non of ya'll meant it to go here! ::)

To late now I reckon! :dunno:

I feel enlightened. Bump for mostly good peeps in the off-road world. Sorry some just lack common courtesy. Doesn't matter if someone gets or got a deal, it's about supporting not **** blocking. So let's all hold hands, kill some shine, then get our race on.

Sounds like a good plan
