Sold/Expired Chevy T400 case

need a K case if you have one, if not 2wd will work.

There is no such thing as a "K" case TH400...Many rumors claim otherwise. I have confirmed this with a couple of different builders to...In the TH400 the cases are the same with the exception of a thicker flange at the bellhousing for the 4Wd version.. 700R4 and Th350 have K case...In the TH400 you may find a "HD" case.

I have always refered to the K case as a 4wd case, Yes a "HD"case is what I need,

As long as you get one with the thick flange at the bell housing it does not matter if it has HD stamped...Frequently they have a number on them like 39 or another number. I have 6 all from 4x4s including CUCVs...So if Csmith's are from a CUCV you should be in business...
