Gents, having a discussion with my mate today about the effect the angle (rear, angled in towards the centre) the COs have on the spring rates .i.e the more off vertical it gets the higher the spring rate is needed to car the car weight. Any more tech thoughts out there?

The straighter you get them the better. Nobody gets springs right the firts time, you gonna have to swap them 3 or 4 times. The valving in the shock is more important imo at first thatn the springs.

Mine rides really rough in the rear. When just easing around.has alot of bounce. U think softer in the rear would help wi :dunno:th this

F.O.A. shocks web site has a great spring rate calculator it allows for all angles ! Check it out!
