Dana 300 Twin Stick Suggestions

I have a Dana 300 hooked up to a Toy low range box in an 85 4Runner. I've been running cable shifters for awhile now and have ran into constant issues with them. Was just curious if anybody had any suggestions for a good mechanical linkage setup.

You're always gonna have issues with cable shifters. Solid linkage is far superior, advance sells a kit for $200. Kick that cable **** to the curb.

Normal, still on stock yota axles
