Black fill dirt?? Clay fill dirt??

$20/cubic yard delivered sound reasonable?? Guy locally sellin' dirt and I have access to some free stuff but I'm thinking if it's delivered it'd save time/hassle of bringing loader 30 mins away, loading trailer, coming back here unloading and back N forth a few times. Dump truck carry's 10 cubic yards so $200 for a dumptruck load... Kelly---this fair/worth it for the track???

high clay content... or whatever it takes..
Rock hard landing dirt burns shure beat having to do track prep and maitnence every day...
