how serious are the rules about the battery cutoff switch? If I show up with just a standard column ignition and a battery in the cab would they turn me away?

So you would show up knowing full well that you could fail tech for something as simple as not installing a battery shut off switch? Why risk it?

Time... Don't have time to put one in from now until the event. If they are sticklers for that then looks like I am not running.
