[QUOTE="whiteman, post: 1356014, member: 16306"] Some history. I picked up this 85 F250 4x4 6.9 4spd for free, seems to run good just needs a freeze plug put back in. A freeze plug fell out right behind the oil cooler/filter adapter. I removed the filter and removed the bolts from the oil cooler and started pulling and twisting with no clue on what I was doing or what would happen. Managed to get the tube to pull out of the front part of the oil cooler. My question is can I just shove the tube back in to the front part of the cooler, or do I need to remove the front part of the cooler to put it back together. Any advice would be great thanks.
