Good Sprint PDA Phones?

I will be getting away from the Sprint "PowerSource" read JUNK phones and service as soon as possible. I am still under contract with them, and I can get a new phone. Does anyone have a Sprint phone with email, 3g speed easy web ability that is easy to use and wont break? They have several choices, but I am not crazy about any of them. Thinking about buying out all of my contracts (business is on Sprint too) and going to ATT for an $$$Iphone$$$.

Ive got the 8330 Blackberry Curve and love it so far....had it about 4 mos. Not been able to break it yet.
