Hawk Pride cabin check in

Probably should have jumped on this sooner but we are about to cross out of Missouri into Arkansas and just called the park trying to figure out the check in procedure. They have not replied yet which does not mean they will not but I am wondering for anyone who has gone on a Thursday before how you get your key to get in your cabin.
