I will have to second this about PSC. Kelvin and Lance both went out of the way to help me when i put the Ram on my buggy. I was trying to get my buggy ready for the first Crawling for Reid event and the instructions that came with the ram and pump were VERY lacking to say the least. I am not a mechanic...so when i went to put the bolts in the pump to put it on the motor they would not fit because you can NOT put the bolts in with the pulley installed on the pump,..you have to put the bolts through the pump first and then install the pulley (which the instrustions do not tell you) Long story short, i broke the pulley trying to get it off (even with the correct puller) when i called them and explained what had happened they went out of there way to get me a pump to my door so i could make that ride! It showed up and I worked on that ALL day before the first Crawling for Reid ride and did not get in to Chattanooga that night until 2:30 in the morning... The guys at PSC made that happen so i was able to go and support such a wonderful event and i can't say enough great things about them taking care of me! I will support them in the future when I need other products, based on this experience.
