Sold/Expired ISO mildly built 4runner

as the ***le states, my brother is looking for a mildly built 4runner. capable on the trail, and can still be tooled around town. wont go over 55 mph.
6k will probably be the max. we are located in Huntsville, al. but will drive depending on the deal. thanks in advanced
