You have to have the certificate of origin. It that shows up, consider it sold. The only reason I would get it would be if it could be ridden on the road.

IF I CANT I GUESS IT WILL MAYE A GOOD YARD BIKE FOR A KID OR SOMEONE LEARNING TO RIDE
OR A GOOD PIT BIKE FOR THE RACES
