The trucks build includes the following features. SAS using Diamond axle housing, 5.29 gears, detroit locker, TG hysteer, TG hydro assist power steering box and ram kit, rock rings, LONGFIELD SUPERAXLES, three link using Johny Joints and 2.5" remote reservoir KING Coilover shocks, 2" shock hoops and bridge across the engine compartment. A sway bar from SPEEDWAY ENGINEERING was installed along with some SS braided brakelines. Rear sunsension consists of three link with Johny Joints and 2.5" remote reservoir KING Coilover shocks, 5.29 gears trussed axle housing, SS braided brake lines. Gearing is achieved with a MARLIN CRAWLER v6 to 4cyl transfer case adapter, then a TG 23 spline dual case adapter to a 4cyl topshift case with a TG 23 spline input shaft installed in it. Driveshafts were built by Dave Borland in Yelm at ADVANCED DRIVELINES. The rear bedsides were dovetailed, leaving the tailgate opening two feet wide. A mix of 1.5", 1.75", 2" tubing was used to replace the rear frame section behind the cab. The GLASSWORKS UNLIMITED bedsides were ordered with a 6" flare and we installed some Altez taillights. An aluminum fuel cell was sourced and the Toyota fuel pump and sender were installed in it. Its been a fun build and as much as I liked seeing this truck go home, I will miss having it around.
