Check with work trucks in bham. May be calles worktrux not sure. The do most all the service bodies for most dealers in central al. They might have one.

I have a red one from a 2007. IT has a slight bow out at the top. Can't tell from the out side, but you can from the inside. Great condition and complete. $100
