Once again I waited til the week leading up to a planned trail ride to do some work. This time around I finally dug into moving the lower link mounts by frenching them into the frame. I gained a little over 2" more clearance which doesn't sound like much, but just by comparing the new to the previous setup shows the improvement... I did some measurements prior to doing this and based on what I came up with this change should have put my AS up around 100. My uppers are still in the lowest hole and I have 2 more holes above it...each 1" above the other. That should allow me to adjust back to where I was before the change if I choose to do so. Here's the numbers in the calculator...this is with the uppers in the lowest hole at the chassis... Only thing I see that I would have liked to improve on is the oversteer. These samurais don't lend themselves to much triangulation without a lot more work so I'll just have to live with it until I get brave enough to build my own chassis :smokin:
