Np435 shifting issue, 3nd and 4th gear

Np435, just swapped in new shaft from novak. I never used it prior to the swap, but as of now I'm just grinding gears trying to go into 3 or 4. I haven't successfully driven in either gear.

All gears were in good shape, and nothing looked broken. I was able to disassemble and reassemble without issue.

Before I aimlessly tear it apart, any ideas what I should look for? 1,2 and R seem to work just fine

Maybe the syncros in them gears are bad not letting it go in easy, also is the clutch disingauging all the way at higher RPM ?

Looks like user error. I think the forward-most shift fork wasn't properly seated on the sliding gear. Drove around this weekend afterward and no issues
