Pro Comp reservoir shocks

I bought a set of Pro Comp Reservoir shocks off of the CL, and one of them needs to be rebuilt.

How tough is this? Should I have a shop do it, rather than attempting the rebuild?

Who sells the rebuild kits?

The shocks in question are the 2.0 MX series shocks.
