All that has been mentioned is correct. I started SRRS, and the Mega Truck Series. I got out of everything all together for a few months due to management opportunities at Georgia Power. I didn't like being married to a company, so after my previous partners weren't interested in mud racing, I picked back up the Mega Truck Series were I left off. I have made great friends with several park owners over the years and they asked about having Mega Trucks at rock parks, so starting with Rush, they built a nice mud track, and since Rush is known for hill killing, I invited the rock racing crowd out to put on a show for the Mega Truck fans and it went off great! The mud family really enjoyed the hill killing, and the rock racing community really enjoyed the Mega Truck racing. I tried it again at West Georgia Mud Park in October, and we got great feedback from that event as well. So I wanted to include the two sports at as many events as possible, and offer decent payouts. I don't think we need another points series, and I try to keep our rules as simple as possible, so no matter what other series your rig is set up for, you can still race at our events without having to spend a fortune on mods, but while at the same time trying to keep everyone as safe as possible. For us to have good payouts, we must have sponsorship, so that's why I gave it a separate name, "Pro Rock Racing". I am also adding UTV Racing at several events, but it's different than what most are used to. We are doing a motocross style race, with heats and 3-5 UTVs racing at a time, "Pro UTV Racing". We have been getting great feedback on both sides, and hope to keep things new and exciting. Thanks for all the support from the HL crowd, we've worked hard to get it this far, and will continue to do so.
