So I stopped by napa on my lunch break today and went thru there hoses and came up with a plan for the heater hoses. What I did was basically just get 3 sections of hose (5/8") with 90 degree ends. Now the 5/8" hose was a tad big at the heater core--but not big enough to seal against the heater core tubes.. But the ends when cut just right gave JUSt enough room for protection from rubbing against the back of the head(Picture is decieving) And both sections of hose just loop up and around. I had thought about cutting the heater pipe on the drivers side because it points to the drivers side--but I opted not to due to the nipple thats near the end for the pipe thats for the hose from the throttle body. So at the end of the pipe is where the other 90 degree went--worked pretty slick and should be ok.. I still have to secure the hose near the main junction block but other wise they are done. I also grabbed a new temp sensor that matched the stock guage--figured it was a GREAT idea for jack to know where the temp sat lol.. And now came the moment Yup--I made a mess, lol. The bleeders I installed on the pipes near the motor helped--but I ended up still needing to pull one of the hoses that fed the throttle body to help bleed the air out of the system. But once I got most of the air out--the coolant started moving and the tubing got hot. Now there is still air in the system and I will need to get it out--but due to no exhaust---I can only handle runing it for a little bit at a time. PSC also sent another power steering cooler--I replaced that and guess what---nooo more leak...
