Running some lines today and trying to make sense of the markings on the orbital. It's a Sauer Danfoss. The 4 ports are labled L, R, T and P. Anybody know which goes where?

I saw a diagram that showed the L going to the right side of the ram when oriented from inside the vehicle. If that's true then I can definitely see it being easy to get them backwords. I guess it would just reverse the steering?

Ive gotten the L/R backwards before. That was fun.
I wondered if anybody's admitted to that because that sounds exactly like something I would do. I would check everything about 47 times and then forget to actually look at that ****! LOL

Yep. reversed the steering. I hate bleeding hydraulic lines. I always get **** everywhere, so when I had to do it over again, of course i made an even bigger mess.

If the cyl is in front of the axle then L goes to the right side of the cyl and if behind then to the left side.

L is where fluid gets pumped when turning the wheel left.
