He's apparently sold the pump or don't wanna because I've asked twice about it and he bumped the thread 2 minutes before I asked again.

I scrapped the pump.. The brackets are 6 1/8" to center of hole down to top of axle when mounted. 20 degree bend on bottum mount and 2 5/8" space between.. I hope this answers your questiion
