[QUOTE="Rjhoward32006, post: 290313, member: 4043"] Long story short. Broke a radius arm on the front axle. So re-working the suspension to a true three link and going to coilovers. Wheelbase going to be around 106" also upgrading and changing some driveline gearing and mounting type. Gonna be hard to keep my 75% on the top link but will be within an inch or two. First time building a link set-up but most of the hard work is done, ask any questions comments or guidance or make fun of my bucket o **** samurai but i like it and it makes me happy. You wont offend me its okay, i'm not in the sport to make you happy :****: Rig specs before set-up: Wheelbase was about 92" Three-link front/rear Yota axles 4:88 lockrights longfields chromo's with drive flanges 6 shooter knuckles all arp studs trunion eliminators. 1" wheel spacers,Trussed DOM ram guard Full psc hydro with double end ram Ifs width rear 95 sidekick 1.6 efi with header 5:1 case ( just went to 6.5:1 and about to install snatch t case mounts) H-type shifter ( has twin stick capabilities but single shifter that moves from low/high side to 2/4 side) Caged with DOM in contact points hrew in others. Gas tank located in rear hatch Seats with 4point harnesses Thumb throttle Removable doors 37" super swamper trxus Weld on kit beadlocks Xrc8 with synthetic rope Anyhow lets get to the pics some of the first ones will be of it pre tear down and some of the new parts going on.
