Bought new in February 2012.

Very LOUD stereo (4-6x9s and 1-10" sub all marine grade)
Has some trail rash, but never rolled, raced, or been in mud. I use it to haul the timers and other gear we use at the SRRS events and dont get to do much trail riding at all.
I am going to have back surgery soon and will be out of work for at least 6 weeks, so I need to sell this to have enough $$ to pay the bills until I get back to work. Then, I will buy another one. Nothing at all wrong with this machine, it doesnt smoke rattle or knock, and all services have been done at the dealership. I have several more new parts, like belts, a winch, new in box Rhino axles for all four corners, another power steering kit, and other misc. parts that can be bought also. I can remove any of the accessories you dont want, since I will be buying another XP in a few months anyway.
I paid it off right after I bought it.
