I may have google mapped the wrong place. It came up close to somewhere close to Georgia.

Map quest says 2hr 39min . Not sure what speed that is calculated at.. Centre is just North of Gadsden, and your right, its close to the Georgia border. Hell I can make it to Calhoun, Georgia going through Rome (which isn't far from Centre) in 3 hrs from Tuscumbia. I believe Map quest is a little off on this one
