I assume that they are recentered H1s but am not positive. They came with my buggy and they make my buggy too wide to use the 8' garage opening at my home. I will measure the offset when I get home tonight but I can tell you that they are fairly wide from the center to the outer wheel.

I thought it was a good technical answer. Sorry I completely forgot. Looks like 8.5 inches from center to rock ring.
