Sold/Expired Spidertrax rear housing NEW

Spidertrax 3" tube rear housing. Brand new been sitting in shop for along time. Needs new home. I need to look them up but I'm sure I have bolts for 3rd and filler cap. Let's start at $450 but am open to offers. It is new and hasn't even had a tack weld in. In Knoxville, Tn.

Just how old is it? I was at Spidertrax website but they don't show a 3". Only a 3.5".
