Not sure what to call this thing, it is from SWAG MFG and is designed to securely mount an action packer bin from rubbermaid. It is aluminum and has a clasp on one side that is lockable and is hinged. If it could fit this in my rig I would keep it, it is pretty pimp. It was about $135 shipped, asking $100 OBO.
