Need to replace throwout bearing and possibly correct fork ball height. TIA

1. What's the correct air gap?
2. What's the correct ball stud height?

Measurements:
trans face to clutch fingers 2.88" (I in drawing)
trans face to bearing retainer face 1.11" (II in drawing)
bellhousing height 6.375"
block plate height 0.15"
