havnt had many problems with my axles other than snaping joints on the front end and ruining the shafts looking into chromos a beefier joint and maybe do some bracing so you guys have any suggestions on brands or any other goodies before i go out and buy this stuff?

running superior inner nitro u-joints and solid 30 spline stubs rockcrusher drive flanges. stays together most the time. havent broken a u-joint yet got the short innner 1 time and long side outer once been running for nearly a year now. 38.5 boggers v8 and coors IT WILL BREAK

Yes..........go SUPERIOR SHAFTS & NITRO JOINTS..........thats what mine will be getting next .

I will NOT buy another YUKON axleshaft .

I have a combo of STOCK and YUKON SHAFTS with YUKON SUPER JOINTS in the front of mine right now,

and I bet the YUKON SHAFTS break BEFORE the STOCKERS :****:

OH...........and I have broke A FREAKIN PILE OF YUKON SHAFTS, inner and outer :gtfo:

with my little popane 1.3 and 38 TSL ,s .

I'm running a stock 2.5 with an auto trans and 36s and I've heard a ton of bad **** on yukon shafts what about ten factory didn't they buy out alloy usa?

And also any good tips on bracing the front and rear? I have had a tendancy to trophy truck it through the hunting club and on the power lines for no apperent reason and bent one rear housing thinking of a small truss between the perches

Heres how I did my rear waggy 44 truss, have not 4 linked & trussed my frontend....YET....

The middle "bridge" peice is a 14 bolt truss I ground down & turned around backwards .

Heres how most of my YUKON shafts broke, SUPER JOINTS are tough though, just get more caps & o-rings & put em back...

OH YEA .........that right front axle you see pokin outta that broke off tube is a SUPERIOR SHAFT, it DID NOT break....but it WAS bent and not reuseable

that would have broke a YUKON into SHARDS :****:

HA HA ....that was FUN ;D

But a STOCK dana 44 housing is not as strong as you would think, ...so far I have broke 1 front in half, 1 rear in half, and bent 1 rear into a non usable state,

good "ear to ear " trussing is the answer though :dblthumb:
